Well, you're right. I hadn't looked at the models recently. I was responding to the number of people who seem to own only G&K stocks and only a few at that.

That the models are up this year compared to other indexes, imo, no way validates the methodology. The models consist of a concentrated portfolio of stocks all sharing similar characteristics. That is dangerous. Profitable maybe also, but dangerous too.

Can someone tell me when the Y2K model portfolios were set up on SI? Sorry, I haven't been lurking long enough to remember the date (BTW, is there a way to figure out the "inception/investment" date of a portfolio without asking the thread).
