Well, the Supreme Court of Fla. noted that no one asked it to have other counties re-counted. This implies they might have considered it. It implies Gore had another chance to ask for a full fair recount, and he failed again. He STILL asks us to believe getting only his territory counted after Certification would give a fair and true result. The American people aren't buying it, IMO.
