<<Everyone who is under the age of 18 is disenfranchised, yet they amount to about 75 million individuals.>> Ray, if

you are having a hard time getting the average democrat to sucessfully punch a hole in a piece of paper, what kind of problems would you expect from the voting prospects of the disenfranchised toddlers and crib-bound babies? I think you would have to have a democrat, one who DOES know how to punch a hole, go in the voting booth with each baby and not only do the mechanics for them but also divine their intent.

We had a crazy woman in this State awhile back, who was the head of the State House of Representatives, who seriously proposed that 12 year olds be given the vote. Guess she thought they were disenfranchised, and therefore would vote democratic. She was laughed off the stage, as it were, and republicans soon gained control of the House. Moose
