I'm afraid he's toast...and I really do feel that Bush would never have imagined he could claim territory for himself and expect to get away with it. If tables turned, I really feel Bush, having lost a mandatory re-count, and wanting to take his last chance in a close race, would have recognized the only fair way to hand-count(a vote recovery method), would be to count all counties. It is highly conceivable to me, anyway, that Bush would have asked for it in all applicable counties, not just his own, within 72hrs as prescribed. Without the likes of Daley advising him, this is particularly likely, IMO. regards, Dan B
