Al Gore is tough! He will continue to contest. Nothing in the polls, the media or from other politicians will deter him. He is on a mission to win the Presidency.

Jake Hartford on WLS radio in Chicago asked his listening audience how many games did the Cubs win in the 1984 world series. He received several calls explaining to him that in fact it was the Padres instead of the Cubs that made it to the series and that the Tigers had won. After letting his listeners think he was a dunce for a few minutes, it was brought up that the cubs had out scored the padres in the divisional playoffs....so thus and therefore why weren't the cubs in the series? Fairly clever and aimed at the simple of mind......but the better analogy might have been the 1919 white sox series fixing scandal.
