Dem lawyer Boise thought he could just ram through his agenda and was stopped in his tracks by counter arguments by Barry Richard. I like that guy Richard. He should have been the one to argue in front of the Fla Supreme Court rather than the other fat guy, who got creamed. Boise was very presumptive that the court would start counting right away but Richards told judge that the court has to decide first whether another counting would be even allowed. Judge agreed. That smirk on Boise's face is creepy. He's a very smart man and super confident but it was neat to see him humbled and in essence told: "this is not your sandbox". Interesting times. HITech
