You intentionally confused what I wrote. You can't make a deal to ignore the laws of the state. Gore cannot make an offer to recount the entire state.

Gore is NOT following the law..he used a bunch of hysterical seniors in fricken Palm BEach to justify recounts in OTHER heavily democratic precincts who initially VOTED not to recount (ie. the process was fair)..after very intense pressure from the Gore campaign,these boards relented and started counting undervotes with one set of rules..ie. those posted by democratic board members..patently unfair
