CB--I will concede Gore wanted more time, but have you forgotten? The case being appealed to the US SC is Bush's appeal, not Gore's.

BTW, don't the House and Senate(if it should come to that) have to vote for candidates who were running for the respective offices(12th amendment change). It could only be Lieberman or Cheney for VP in that event.

Thanks CB....Some Questions::::: Wonder WHO is pushing Gore???? What is behind this??? I don't think it is him...what other force/entity is pushing this??? I keep harkening back to all the things since the beginning....call to Bush to concede...1 1/2 hours later, calls again to change his mind... WHAT happened there? How did they know to go to FL BEFORE the polls closed voting night? WHAT happened to the votes in ALL the other large Electoral states.....Is it just FL that is a mess??? What about the Military not getting the ballots in time? Then not arriving in time? AND ALL THE ETCS.....Coincidence???
