Two county results are in; however, Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade County full handcount results never got counted. Are you denying this? Florida law stipulates Gore had a right to request a hand recount in ANY Florida county, so long as this request was forthcoming within 72 hours after election day. Gore complied with this; the state of Florida, via the bag job of Ambassador-elect Katherine Harris, has not yet complied. I'm confident the Court will rectify this injustice and enable the two remaining counties to tabulate and submit and have accepted votes which haven't yet been accepted and certified by the state. Why am I confident? Because the Florida Legislature gave Gore the right to request those hand recounts. Therefore, the Florida Legislature must provide sufficient and reasonable time for those recounts. Having once served in a legislature, I can assure you laws for which compliance is impossible to meet will not withstand scrutiny in a court of law. The court will rule that if the Legislature intended the right for a candidate to have a hand recount in specified counties only, then time must be provided for recounting within those respective counties. And the essence of the previous Florida Supreme Court ruling is that voting is an above all right of any citizen and especially the right to have that vote counted. And the Florida Legislature has empowered the local canvassing boards the power to determine voter intent. Gore's claim should stand well in the courts, all this considered. Doc, a musician and no longer active in politics myself, and also as an excellent partytime organizer, please do heed my advice that you should keep your GOPwinger party plans on hold until ALL of Florida's votes have been counted under Florida law.
