my 2 cents worth.....the stock is still trading below $.40 pre-split.....those that did not take a write off before the split will get a larger one now....IMO.....before the split the stock was trading at 1/2.....5/8.....3/4.....

Most people are "procrastinators" and delay the "inevitable" as long as they can. Most people are also optimistic and hope to get out not at the bottom, thus the process of tax loss selling might be lengthier than expected.
