Does the Florida legislature need to give a week's notice that they are calling a special session?

In this case though, the Florida Legislature needs to decide 7 days before that Dec. 12 day.

And that would assume that there are not any procedural rules that could be used to prevent or delay a decision of the Fl Legislature. No Legislature is worth it's salt unless it has procedural rules to block votes in the legislature...e.g. filibuster.
