BRoadCruM Management,... ....you guys are FOOLISH, IMO. Your last deal blew up your stock and you go right back to the well?? Can I offer you some Koolaid,..everyone else is drinking it??? dohhhh!!! "hey...guys..the market is repricing all of tech, lets go dilute our stock some more...yeah...that's the ticket" I really thought you guys were smarter than this, pathetic, sad, and showing your stupidity AGAIN by using this musical chairs bit with your falling currency. You should be ashamed. Your employees will be upset, create problems within the ranks and you're going to lose some very good people as end result. Also, if you blow next Q's numbers you're going to have lawsuits up the ANAL canal cuz of what you said on CNBC. Good luck.
