Id, Yup, I know exactly how you feel. I think what bothers me the most about this election debacle is not the recounts and legal maneuvering, but the seamy underbelly of the American psyche (or parts of it)in which people are revealing pretty heavy-duty nastiness toward individuals and other groups. I would have thought that much of this had healed over the past twenty or thirty years, since so many of us have enjoyed the luxury of decent nutrition, education, economic boon times and little warfare.
