Assuming some numbers were added, it is HIGHLY unlikely that the Court will disenfranchise these voters over such a matter. JLA

lawdog - Where does it say they throw out the votes? <4) A person who alters the voter registration application of any other person, without the other person's knowledge and consent, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. > Looks to me like the person that altered the ballot is the person punished. So the votes count, and Bush is President. We knew that already. Dig up something better than this.

If a felony was committed the perpetrators should go to jail. No republican would disagree with that. The remedy would not however include canceling the will of the people. The votes will be counted.

Changing the subject a little lowhope, I just saw a Russian police sting operation story on CNN. Seems an eight year old boy's uncle and grandmother tried to sell him for ninety thousand dollars. And to make the story even more gruesome, the boy was being sold for his ORGANS and BODY PARTS....................the fact that the boy was alive made very little difference.... Reckon our American moneywhore PBA abortionists are branching out?? Isn't that the same thing they do with a boy or girl in a PBA? They SELL the BODY PARTS and ORGANS..... my my how our civilization is progressing......
