VP Al Gore is coming on TV soon. So soon after last night's appearance, it seems to me for only one reason. Concession.

Realizing how long that the court process will take will be his reasoning, i.e. for the good of the country.

IF this happens and the market doesn't pop - look out below.

An external event (bank fears, war somewhere,
LTCM, strange decision by the Supreme Court,
possible Dollar/Euro/Yen Currency crisis)

could hit.
People dump their shares (to meet margin calls on other stocks, or get cash to buy bargins.

You can be right and still get creamed.

The last two items may be "in play" already.

When there were big drops and margin calls in tech stocks in October, my E&P stocks dropped also the next day. They came back...but it took about two weeks.

If you haven't already, go to the Street.com and look up
Jim Cramer's articles on margin. Margin clerks have real power, and there is little or no appeal.
