"regardless of any Court actions the Fla Legislature can and will(if forced to) send the Bush slate to Congress." think about what you are saying there, dude. since you don't really know exactly what the FL legislature WILL do, or what court decisions we are about to see, you nevertheless would LIKE the FL legislature to select a Bush slate ---even if Bush loses the Supreme Court decision? ---even if the Seminole County absentee ballots are thrown out, suddenly giving GORE a 5000 vote lead? Put the shoe on the other foot. Gore leads, Bush challenging, Dem. leg. selects Gore slate anyway? I think you would be calling that a coup d'etat. And it would be the same if the reverse happens.
