When will the Florida Legislature step in and stop this farce? I predict soon.

Although this is certainly painful to watch, I think the Legislature needs to let this play out a little bit longer. It would be better to have Gore lose in the contest before an "impartial" judge than it would for Gore to lose because of a "partisan" legislature. At least that is what my head says. My pocketbook says something entirely different...

I feel your pain. You don't like the American system of jurisprudence and you prefer more of a Latin flavored banana republic approach. Hope you never end up on the wrong side of a legal dispute, because you are simply proposing might make right. A stacked legislature is hardly the correct answer to the American people. Only to your partisans.
