The fruits of the poison tree are the absentee ballots. The relief that is being sought in Leon County is to void all of these potentially fraudulant votes. There were 15,000 ballots. 10,000 for Bush, 5,000 for Gore. The extent of GOP tampering beyond filling in registration numbers is unknown but is suspected to be pervasive in Seminole County.

BTW, per Texas law signed by Dubya, a dimpled chad is a legal vote. Per Florida courts, a dimpled chad is a legal vote. There is a big difference between legal votes and fruadulent votes. I'm sure I don't need to point that out.
