If people would just say no and have rallies in support of stopping this nonsense, the media would cover it and the democrats would have to step down. Hi Horseygal...Well, we rallied in San Diego last fri & sat..I went down Sat...about 300 Bush supporters rallied for about an hour at City College then walked on the sidewalks down to Broadway and walked about a mile down to the Federal Courthouse for about 45 min of bullhorn speaches...then back to the College...women pushing strollers...families with children and a few terriers & small dogs on leashes...didn't see any German Shepherds, although walking through skid row for a few blocks on the east end of Broadway, I could have used one...I brought up the rear and was assaulted by a drunk wino swinging his sleeping bag into me...didn't like my sign about the "Commander in Thief", I suppose...I just took it and smiled at him... I talked to the cops all along the way and they really liked how we all pitched in and made sure we did not walk against the light...allowed right turns across the crosswalks, etc...they said we were great...only time cops were needed was to control some minority woman who was fightin' mad ... she had moved along the sidewalk shoutin obscenities at us, when someone answered her with "Whatsa matter...fraid you'll have to go off welfare & go to work?... My point is that with about 300 Bush groupies rallying and marching for almost three hours, we got about 5 seconds on the evening news...The reason Hanoi Jane and the Vietnam rallies were effective was because all the media people were lefties...they still are...........jj
