CSFB comments from Comdex:

...Our takeaway was that though the PC market is not disappearing, the handheld
PDA and/or Internet Appliance market will be cannibalizing future customers
to a certain extent going forward. We believe this is a positive for the
Flash market as virtually all of the PDA devices we viewed contained 64 or
128MBs of NAND Flash, along with increasing levels of NOR Flash. With the
proliferation of add-on peripherals such as MP3 players and digital cameras,
this need for more non-volatile data and code storage will further layer onto
the demand for Flash going forward. We view this is a long-term positive for
STMicroelectronics (STM, $43.12, Restricted), Silicon Storage Technology (SSTI
, $19.03, Strong Buy), and Atmel (ATML, $12.25, Buy)...
