And lets get rid of this eliltist term once and for all. English monarchy left-over trash. We don't allow that here. What a load of nonsense. Is the president the "First Man?"

Way back when the first Congress met after the Constitution was ratified, one of the members of the House kept a diary of the first days of Congress. Just about the only surviving text about the early days. In it he relays a lot of the early discussion they had on such terms [English monarchy left-over trash] and protocols. The argued quite a bit over what to call George Washington and the appropriate protocols to be used, who sits, who stands, etc.. Great reading on the early days of Government; and it would have made a fabulous Woody Allen movie.

BTW: Your comments on the First Lady are more likely a reflection of your own latent tendencies. Pat Robertson can help!
