Only problem, then Bush wouldn't win. The Florida GOP would damn "fair" for a Bush victory. That's why they will pay dearly in the next election.

and put that law into effect retroactively on an election that already took place? interesting... It is beyond my understanding of our legal system to comment on the validity of such a solution. My feeling is that it would be unprecedented, but not impossible.

It is clear that our courts are not well suited to handle disputes of this nature.
