Well, I bought some today...wanted some component makers this seemed the best of the three the ML downgraded today.
In this market one must be patient as a Bush.

This issue could be that VSH may be perceived as just a commodity producer with no dominant edge over any other. Hence there may be reason to think that it would command premium prices that may insulate against a recession-like environment. It's PR dept is also not especially pro-active.
