How about divining the would-be vote of the people who didn't actually "vote?" Gore, again today pointed out what an important and precious act it is, once every four years. One would think that we could study, work out, and mentally and emotionally gear ourselves up once every four years to punch a dam** paper ballot. But, no. The government will make up an excuse for those who couldn't bring themselves to complete that heroic act.
