Hi Poet,

I have another technical question that perhaps has an easy answer but I could not find it when i checked the CBOE site...I was about to do some more covered call writing on my TXN when I noticed that certain strike prices are not offered at each expiry month...For example January 2001 has calls availalbe at 40, 42.5, 45 and 50...

I want to write the December 42.5 calls

December 2000 has 40, 45 and 50's available but NO 42.5 strike...now, the stock has traded between roughly 35 to 50 for the past couple of months so it isn't a case of the stock moving too far and the strikes not yet being opened...I tried looking at all the regional exchanges but could find nothing..

Any ideas?

TIA
