Screw the DOW. Its meaningless except to nanny and poppy and the popular press. It is selective perception at its best -- I dub it SELX. Lots of old-econ/SELX stuff is looking bullish, although some of it toppy. I mean, I would love to have bought some MRK or some MMM at recent lows. Just cycle through those 30 crazy issues. Lots of decent looking charts out there for the old-econ crowd.
