the difficulty Boies is having with burden of proof is
STAGGERING

he must prove fraud, faulty machinery, potential for incorrect outcome

Boies might get to see the questionable Dade ballots
but he will be frustrated in not being able to count them

they are ready to appoint Electors in case legal proceedings drag on
that august body will not allow the complete Electoral College to meet and vote with representation from Florida

today the leading Democrat said something to the effect that

Bush has been certified as the winner of FLorida. If the Contest is not concluded by Dec12th, we must appoint Bush Electors
