Is this whole SSB deal Deja Vu or what?? Maybe I'm just a psychic. Better give Dionne Warwick a call!

What has changed? Nothing. No matter how they set up the rules, we are still at the mercy of the large brokerage houses and their vested interests.

It's alot like my viewpoint on horseracing. I have friends who won't bet on horses, because "it's fixed". My feeling is that it doesn't matter if it's fixed, because if you don't know the outcome, the odds are still the odds. They may not be "real" in the sense that they bear a closer resemblance to what should happen, but to you - a blind purchaser - it shouldn't have a major impact on your choice.

Therefore, nothing has changed, we neither benefit nor lose. It's just better information.
