They have gone through the machine twice. That means that they have been counted, but there was no presidntial candidate chosen. The democratic party must LOVE having puppets like yourself propogate their lies. Quit saying things like "Many votes haven't even been counted once". At least say that there are ballots that have been machine counted twice that did not produce a vote for either candidate. That is what REALLY happened. Can you see that your verbage is mis-leading? Do you realize they (demos) spin it that way on purpose?
