agelman- OT- I appreciate your concern here. And yes, there has been far to much OT stuff on this thread. However, as I see it, Pat did more than make a "thoughtless comment". He disparaged the integrity of Republicans, and he lacked the common decency to even attempt to substantiate his slur. Given my reaction to the likes of Tomasso, you might understand I am sensitive to such crap. Nor has Pat even acknowledged his unsubstantiated calumny, which tried to draw a moral equivalent between the sleazy and the more-or-less reputable. True, he only echoed what I said about Democrat tactics- the difference being I substantiated in some measure what I said. While I appreciate his contribution to this thread, in this matter Pat ought to be ashamed of himself. Given your request on the subject, I will not address this issue again unless others choose to do so. Regards, Larry
