HAHaHa
That's the silliest thing I have heard in a long time. How is anyone going to count the ballots if they don't try to figure out who the voter voted for. You must be starting to believe this Carnak nonsense. Of course the counters try to guess the intent of the voter, and are usually quite good at it.
