Indeed, you are correct. We could recount all nationwide, but in cases where the undercount did not exceed the difference in the candidates votes, I don't see the point, but I certainly wouldn't go to the Supreme Court to stop it.

Let's count all 2 million undervotes throughout the United States!!!

Why count those undervotes...we only want those 10,000 votes in Dade "that have NEVER been counted"...we only want to count where we know we have control of the count...we only need 600 or so votes anyway...so why waste time anywhere else...what?...every vote should count?...well yes I did say that...but what I REALLY meant was "every vote for me should count"...
