Gore has not joined the Seminole County suit, has he? That ought to give you a good indication about the merits of it.

BTW, do some research on that case. You might see why he's not in it...

Wrong again, dog. The US Supreme Court, if it finds in Bush's favor, would probably require that the initial certification deadline, be upheld. Which means that Bush would be up by far more than he is at present. His earlier number did not include the overseas military ballots, which will most certainly be added to the count (since they were illegally excluded, under federal law).
