I believe in the electoral collage...popular vote discriminates against less populated states...however, to continually hear the democrats saying that the only votes that have not been counted are in Dade County is ridiculous and misleading...there are Plenty of undervotes throughout the State of Florida that could effect the outcome of this election...in fact I believe over 150,000... If Gore really believed that "every vote counts" he would have asked for a Statewide recount in the first place...his very actions disenfranchised all other "non-votes"
