To Thread.

Would someone with a firewall or security program check this link and tell me if it sets off "alarms?"

hi tc

one suggestion i am seeing more of is to turn off the restore function. i suppose that disabling it frees up memory, and i am aware of problems with virus infections getting endlessly stuck in a restore loop. ironic that people would recommend disabling a main attraction of the os.

beyond that, i have not paid close attention to winme tweaks because i don't run it. are you finding lots of info on it?

:)

I'm using ME.I can offer no tweaks other than the ones you would use in 98.I have not read the above yet but it's from Windows magazine regarding ME.
