Hid nothing???...c'mon jllalen!...he absolutley hid the fact that he had a DUI conviction...and hiding the truth is just as bad or potentially worse than lying...further, he only admitted the story AFTER he realized there was no other way out.

Reminds me of the game of chess. The master knows when to tip over the king when checkmate is there. The ignorant Gore plays on, sacrificing his pieces and pawns delaying the outcome and destroying the strength and power he could have saved.
