The case is proceeding through the Florida Courts. I don't think you have to go to law school to understand that a live case is one whose merits have yet to be decided. A GOP motion to dismiss was denied, so there must be some merit to the case. I read the Florida law and posted the same here. It looks like a slam dunk against the GOP. The question is remedy. Will the fruit of the poison tree be allowed or will the court follow the standard American jurisprudence and not allow the thief to keep his loot. The GOP is very nervous about his case. I find it quite interesting. I'll post the law again if you need to read it for yourself.
