Now that I agree with!

if all the other large Electoral States have their ballots under lock and key...with no tampering....We'd better all hope so...

For part of my career life, I worked on assessing or developing more than a couple of anti-tamper systems. Forget it; they don't exist. But whatever they are doing will likely be viewed by the holders and the public as ok.
