Uh, how 'bout you tell us where those places are then if not CA and NY?...perhaps Lexington, KY, or Boise, or Mississippi, or Nebraska, or perhaps Virginia...need I go on?...not knocking those parts, but each has its own merits and being the cultural and intellectual epicenters of the US they are not.
