Government support systems, such as the voting machines, are rarely fixed/replaced unless there is some catastrophic event or the the government entity is plush with money. Plush is a rare event. There is quite a bit of information available on the net for the air traffic control support systems. If you look into those systems closely, you'll feel a lot better about Broward and Palm Beach.
