Re: "Does that mean that you don't like white people?" No, since I am a Caucasian male myself. I try to be sensitive to the feelings other people, particularly those who have been shackled by racial, religious and economic prejudice for decades and centuries. I think it's important to teach children to respect ... and to form friendships ... with people of every skin hue. The answer to many of our societal problems today involves more than the Republican mantra of "pulling oneself up by one's own jockstrap." Unless serious problems are tackled fairly soon, the United States will follow the path of the former Soviet Union and split off into separate countries or political states, and one will need a passport to travel from Texas to California.
