You didn't read the article my short attention span Bushite. There were piles of incomplete applications that sat on the GOP affiliated Election Supervisors desk for weeks, unlike the GOP requests that were filled out by GOP operatives. When asked why the Dems hadn't been granted access, the supervisor said, "It's not my problem" or something like that.

This in addition to the fact that it was a class 3 felony for the GOP operatives to fill in the information AND it was a GOP screw up that caused the problem in the first place.

A 1995 11th circuit case, Roe v. Alabama, is precedent for not allowing the votes in the count.

WHAT, pray tell, are you hanging you hat on here?

Vote Fraud, and Voter Fraud, in Miami-Dade

Jack Thompson
Breaking story !!!
It was not, according to Gizzy, the protests or the lack of time. It
was fear of Democrat vote fraud in Florida's most populous
county.

Specifically, the canvassing board, headed by David Leahy,
knew of 5,000 illegal ballots cast by Haitians who are not
citizens of this country and thus cannot vote. Such votes would
be expected to have been cast overwhelmingly for
Gore-Lieberman.
