Boies is just desperate to get those ballots out of Palm Beach today! They do not want independents to look at their handiwork by any means. Boies completely missed the Freedom of Information Act aspect...looks like Boies has lost this round...Boies now threatening the Judge with an immediate appeal...wants to get up to his Sup. Ct. of Fla. buddies fast...I think fraud in the hand recount is on the verge of being exposed.
