You're exactly right. In other words, it's income redistribution --- from the haves to the have nots, from the producers and risk takers in society to the non-producers. The Democrats like to play class warfare games. Rich vs. poor, etc... This election showed just how many people are afraid of freedom. Democrats need the security of government to take care of them, often at the expense of the "upper 1 percent" of the "rich" people who "make too much money"..
