This is just a snap back of nose bleed level stocks closer to real-world valuations. Although there are many stocks that are now cheap by all those outdated fundamental measures that analysts dismissed as irrelevant just a few months ago, there are still a few pigs left. I think we are close to a short-term bounce but then the fiber-telecoms, biotechs, and a few other piggies will come back under the falling knife. The NASDAQ may finally bottom around 2350. And just think, some were calling for 10,000 as early as next year!
