That's the chicken elect's problem. I doubt, however, that recounts would help Bush much. He's right in thinking that a full recount of the votes will cause him to lose the Presidency.

What? Asking a Democrat to cite a law...Have you gone mad? Laws for the Democrats are just a thing to work around.

The only reason there is this delay is because Boies hoodwinked a bunch of lazy Democrat FLA SC judges to let him do their work for him. And in the process just blow the law out of the water.

You could die holding your breath for a Democrat to cite law. Now if you want to know a way to break them, well there is not a better group to ask.
