I saw a blurb on TV a day or so ago. Someone was interviewing a successful black rapper asking him about his political affiliation.

He said: "Well I was a Democrat, but now that I have a Republican wallet I am rethinking my position."

The democrats have the "Green Party" also. Come 2004, the
democrats will be hurting for votes.

LG -- good story. That's the way it should be. You work hard, become successful (although this is not a requirement), start to accumulate wealth, property. One might call that the American way. Not the case when one political party tries to tax the achiever into submission and berates his/her on their rise to financial and government freedom.
