LOL! Yeah, Dave is sharp, that's for sure. I love the way he explains to the judge how the judge should think. He actually caught himself twice this evening and backpedaled a bit when he saw the judge might not appreciate it.

I particularly enjoyed Dave's comments a couple of days ago where he explained what the voters in Florida really wanted. I'm sure all the voters in Florida really appreciate his insight and his public expression of what they want and what they need. He cracks me up. No big deal, really, any competent judge can see through it. It's kinda like a dope dealer waving his hands in front of you while he's cutting a deal. (At least that's what I hear <G>)

Richard sticks to the law. The law, nothing but the law. I like that. It makes him look like he is on the better side of the argument.

I think Al has self-destructed with this "7 day recount" thing he yapped about today. I think he's hallucinating. It's simply incredible to me that none of the media people have noticed that these recount deal offers are against the law, not to mention Al didn't check with the voters of Florida on it.

I give this about a week. The longer Al waits, the more depressed he will be after it's over.

That was great. Barry was quite good today. I really enjoyed that line, and Boies just sat there and didn't say a word. I guess he figured three strikes and I am out. Now what surprises me about my last statement is that "3 strikes and your out" is pretty much an accepted rule of fair play, which is exactly why I would have expected Boies to ignore it.

This trial might be more interesting that the SC, and we get TV.
