Bush better spend his time and resources making sure the economy doesn't slip into a recession instead of wasting time investigating sex and thus going down in history as a One Term President, who like his father, brought about a recession while he spent time investigating his predecessor's sex life!

I bet this economic slow down, though not his doing currently, is keeping him awake.
