Sure. Who's going to try to match up the ballots with the voters at this point in an attempt to see which ones were legal? Gore/Boies WANTED to extend the protest phase and thereby short-circuit the contest phase, eliminating time for due process, so these questions wouldn't be raised. The Florida Supremes went along. These contest cases usually take 2-3 MONTHS, and Gore/Boies says this one can be done in 12 days!!!!! Boies: "I've been working on the RAILROAD, all my live long day...." It will be interesting to see what's left of his career after this case is resolved and the MSFT case is overturned. We all knew MSFT was a railroad job.
